The Trident Academy of Mixed Martial Arts, founded in 1998, offers programs for adults and kids. Our adult programs include Jeet Kune Do, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Filipino Martial Arts, Thai Boxing and the Total Defense System, a program designed around the most efficient and practical elements of the various programs.
